Fifteen minutes from Montargis, in the heart of the village of Nargis (45210, Loire Valley), surrounded by nature, this beautifully decorated charming gite has been entirely designed to offer an exceptional retreat. Exposed stone, carefully curated furnishings and a private pool combine to create a place where every group finds its rhythm, ideal for a family weekend, a getaway with friends, or a special event.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 people: Thermomix, dishwasher, air fryer, deep fryer, oven, coffee machine. The lounge, cosy and warm, features a comfortable sofa, a large TV, a games console and a stone fireplace, the perfect place to gather after a day in the fresh air. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a private bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs each offer their own space.
5,000 m² enclosed estate
Five thousand square metres fully enclosed, surrounded by nature, shielded from all overlooking. Private terrace by the pool, barbecue, vast lawn, bicycles to ride along the Loing canal. The pool is not heated. It is accessible from mid-May to mid-September, from the terrace, reserved exclusively for the gite's occupants.
Arrival is possible from 4pm and departure before 11am. Access is fully autonomous via a secure key box — you will receive the code 48 hours before your arrival. If needed, we remain reachable by email or phone throughout your stay.
The gite is regularly hired for birthdays, weekends with friends, and family reunions. For special events (hen parties, birthdays with music), please contact us directly to validate the arrangements, particularly the hours and specific conditions. The property layout (250 m², terrace, enclosed garden) lends itself perfectly to this type of stay.
Bed linen and one bath towel per person are provided. Pool towels should be brought by each guest. A €100 cleaning fee is added to the rental price (end-of-stay cleaning).
Cancellation conditions are defined in the rental agreement sent on confirmation. By booking direct, you deal directly with Jérémie, the owner — conditions are generally more flexible than through a platform. Please discuss this during the initial exchange, before signing.
The Loing canal is a 5-minute walk away — 60 km of traffic-free cycling path to Moret-sur-Loing (5 bicycles on site). Montargis, the 'Venice of Gâtinais', is 15 minutes for an afternoon stroll. The Fontainebleau forest and château are 35–40 minutes. Beauval Zoo is 1h15 away. And for those who simply want to stay put: the terrace, the pool and the barbecue are more than enough.
